On The Day of the event I would need some set up time generally a half hour is enough, but it would depend on the size of the group, I supply Table cloths, table top easels, paint, a canvass ,a new set of brushes, cups for water, plates for paint and mixing, napkins to wipe brushes and aprons to help protect clothing.
